Returns and Exchanges Overview:
Returns and exchanges are handled through an online return authorization. Please contact us via email (help@carolinaonlineretail.com) to obtain your return authorization. Please include your name, address, order number, items and the reason for your return or exchange when contacting us (see Return Authorization for more information).

Returns and Exchanges Timeframe and Fees:
All items must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in new condition and in the original packaging as received. All authorized and accepted refunds for items returned within 30 days of delivery will be processed in the form of store credit or to the original payment method. We do not refund freight or shipping charges on returns or exchanges.
Please note, there will be a 15% restocking charge deducted from returns. The only exceptions to this are if the product received is defective or if the incorrect item was shipped.
Please allow up to 14 business days for returns to be processed.
For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any price difference between items. Only in the event that you were shipped the incorrect item from what was ordered will return shipping not be the responsibility of the customer.
We are happy to assist with providing a return shipping label, but the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. Contact help@carolinaonlineretail.com or call 1-704-574-9730 if you would like to purchase a return shipping label.
Custom and personalized items are not returnable or exchangeable due to the fact that these items are made-to-order based on color, logo and personalization selections. Custom and personalized items include floor mats, select jackets, luggage, car covers, stainless steel dress-up products, signs, clocks, glassware and any other items available in the store with customization options.
Return Authorization:
If a return is authorized, we will provide details on where the items should be sent for the return and exchange processing.
Please allow our team sufficient time to obtain the necessary return authorization information from our manufacturers and suppliers. We will quickly send the information to you once it is available. Be sure to ship return authorizations back within 7 days of receipt to avoid unnecessary delays in reviewing your return.

Order Cancellation:
We are happy to accept cancellations for a full refund on any item that has not yet been processed or shipped. Because we process most orders within one business day, the window for order modification or cancellation is limited. If you need to update or cancel your order please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible to see if modifications can be made. If your order or the specific items are unable to be modified, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer should you choose to return or exchange the items.
Route Shipping Protection and Damaged, Lost or Stolen Packages:
ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages, but does offer Route Shipping Protection as an add-on option for a small fee for all orders which provides coverage against loss, theft or damage. We highly recommend all customers include Route Shipping Protection on their orders. You will see the option to include Route Shipping Protection in your cart before checkout. Route Shipping Protection is required at time of purchase in order to file claims related to lost, stolen or damaged packages.
- Please note - once an order that includes Route Shipping Protection has been delivered, the cost of Route Shipping Protection is non-refundable since the service was used to protect the order.
If merchandise is marked as 'delivered' but has not been received, customers have a 30-day window from the date of the marked delivery to report their package as lost, missing, or stolen.
Damage Claims:
ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com is not responsible for any claims that arise from damage if notification is given after three (3) business days of receipt of delivery. Damage claims may not be submitted after installation or use. Once an item is used or installed, ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com is not liable for damages or imperfections.
Customers should check the contents of their shipment in the presence of the person delivering the merchandise. Should any damage be discovered, immediately inform the carrier and ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com. If all or part of your order is damaged upon delivery, please immediately take a photo and email it to help@carolinaonlineretail.com. Photos are required for all damage and defect claims, order shortages, & claims of incorrect items. Do not discard the box or original packaging. When filing a lost or damaged package claim, replacements and refunds will not be fulfilled until the claim is processed and approved. All returned items are subject to inspection and approval prior to store credit being issued. Be sure to carefully repackage any return shipments for refund or exchange to prevent shipping damages. Any item that has been used, installed, damaged or shipped improperly by the customer, based on our sole discretion, is not eligible for return. Any items received back that are found to have been installed, altered or damaged will be returned to you at your expense.
Oversized and Fragile Items:
Some items do have an additional oversized or fragile shipping fee required on the product page. In the event of an authorized return or exchange on oversized or fragile shipping items, the oversized or fragile shipping charge will not be refunded.
International Orders:
Due to the increased cost of International Shipping we can't offer multiple shipments on orders placed outside the United States. All orders must be sent completed in their entirety; this may cause an increased waiting time. Please contact us via email at help@carolinaonlineretail.com to discuss any concerns - we're happy to help!
Our return and exchange policy is applicable to orders shipped to addresses in the United States. No returns or exchanges are available for international orders, so please be sure your order is correct prior to purchasing. Please note - customs, duty and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Additional Expenses:
ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com is not liable for any third party expenses or any other expense related or unrelated to items purchased from ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com. Such expenses include installation costs, storage costs, towing costs, additional hardware costs, reroute costs from carrier, reship costs for items returned due to the inability for the carrier to deliver the order to the address provided at checkout.
Warranty:
ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com and our manufacturing partners will not honor warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, neglect, accidents, or competitive use. Customers should ensure fit before installation so as not to void their return or exchange opportunity.
Additional Information and Terms:
These current policies supersede any and all prior policies that may be found in older published material.
Gift cards and store credit are not redeemable for cash and will not be replaced or honored for payment if lost or stolen (unless required by law).
Any and all refunds and credits will be processed at the sole discretion of ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com.
All payments are due at the time of purchase.
C.O.D. (Collect On Delivery) return packages are not accepted.
ClassicAutoStoreOnline.com is not responsible for shipping charges that may be incurred if an incorrect address is provided. Be sure to enter the correct address when placing your order.

In rare instances, for customers who choose to purchase using PayPal, we are not able to process exchanges. Authorized and eligible return items bought using PayPal will be refunded back to your PayPal payment method upon return receipt.
