Installation

You'll remove the armrest or its lid, fit the new cover (stretched, glued or stapled depending on the design), and reinstall.

Step 1. Pull off end caps. They are labeled left and right.
Step 2. Remove the 2 hex bolts.
Step 3. Remove armrest assembly from vehicle.
Step 4. Remove the 2 screws at armrest swivel.
Step 5. Remove plastic bushings.
Step 6. Remove the C clip.
Step 7. Remove metal stop pin with rubber sleeve. Remove brown bushings from outboard holes as shown.
Step 8. Unscrew the final 5 screws to separate the two halves.
Step 9. Glue the armrest cover over the factory cover. Here's a sample guide that can help with particular steps of this task, and how to properly apply glue and trim edges.
Step 10. Reinstall everything in reverse order of removal. While inserting black plastic bushings ensure the flat protrusion is orientated as shown in picture on step 5 above (should be covering pin).
Leather care: apply a leather conditioner with UV protection every 4-6 weeks to keep it from drying out and cracking.
